Ewen Fletcher is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce and the founder of Progress Accounting. With years of experience working alongside business owners, Ewen is dedicated to helping clients achieve both their financial and personal goals.
His approach is simple but effective — start with clarity on what success looks like for each client, then provide the accountability, advice, and guidance needed to make it happen. Ewen’s focus is always on building long-lasting relationships, ensuring every client feels supported on their journey.

As the driving force behind Progress Accounting, Ewen combines expertise and practical strategies to help businesses grow, perform better, and reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Ewen loves travelling across Australia with his family and sharing his passion for athletics and running with his two sons.

Tarynn Barnard

Tarynn Barnard is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has been working closely with Ewen for over seven years. Since becoming a Chartered Accountant in 2017, she has supported clients across various industries, including manufacturing, retail, entertainment, agriculture, construction, and engineering. Before transitioning into accounting, Tarynn gained valuable experience as a hospitality venue manager, which provided her with a practical understanding of the challenges business owners face.

Tarynn specialises in simplifying the complex — whether it’s ATO compliance, tax queries, financial statements, or accounting software. A self–confessed Xero nerd, she’s passionate about helping clients make the most of their systems and is known for being approachable, responsive, and clear in her communication.

Working closely with Ewen, Tarynn also assists with complex accounting needs and provides strategic insights that help shape long–term financial success.

Outside of work Tarynn and her partner own a boxing and kickboxing gym and run this in their spare time. An animal lover at heart, Tarynn is proud “mum” to Clyde, her Maine Coon cat, and Ronald, her rescue Rottweiler.

Brooke Holloway

Brooke joined Progress Accounting in 2026 and has been working in the accounting industry since 2018. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is currently studying to become a Chartered Accountant, combining solid knowledge with practical experience.

Brooke has supported businesses across industries including primary production, trades, beauty and hairdressing, and construction. Brooke enjoys helping business owners streamline operations, reach their goals, and make the most of Xero to keep things running smoothly.

Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves to cook. Her friendly approach and passion for helping clients succeed make her a valued member of the Progress Accounting team.

Jess Jenkins

Jess Jenkins is the Business Manager at Progress Accounting, bringing over eight years of experience in the accounting industry as a Practice Manager. With a strong background in compliance support and operations, Jess plays a key role in streamlining processes across the firm to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Working closely with Ewen, Jess provides vital support on the business side of things — coordinating communications, scheduling, and operations so he can stay focused on clients. Known for being approachable, organised, and an excellent multitasker, Jess is committed to putting clients first and ensuring they enjoy a seamless experience with the firm.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys bush walks with her husband Sam and their two border collies, Winnie and Bear. She also loves camping on weekends, catching up with friends and family, and embracing her down–to–earth lifestyle.

Aura Lo

​Aura Lo is our Executive (Administrative) Assistant here at Progress Accounting. Aura started with us in 2026, working remotely to our office. Aura brings experience in executive support, marketing communications, and HR & talent acquisition to her role. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration, with a focus on Human Resources Management.

With a strong background in administration and communications, Aura supports the Progress accounting team through calendar and document management, financial reconciliation, and operational coordination. As one of the firm’s first points of contact, Aura assists with client communications and helps ensure that day-to-day processes run smoothly, allowing the team to focus on delivering high-quality service to clients.

Outside of work, Aura is a self-proclaimed foodie who enjoys discovering new restaurants and cuisines. She also loves watching live sporting games, spending time with family on hikes and nature walks, and is an avid reader.
